Payment terms strictly, cheque with order or payment on collection/delivery of goods

A 50% deposit is required where doors are being specially made for the Buyer to an agreed specification or where goods are to be reserved prior to collection or delivery. This deposit is, at our discretion, non-refundable if the Buyer in any way changes agreements made. All goods remain the absolute property of MDS Limited, until we have received in cash, or cleared funds, payment in full.
